JAMB UTME glitch: Expert calls for prosecution of service providers
Meanwhile, the board chairman of MIMS Educational Resources Limited, Prince Adesegun Ogungbayi, has called for the prosecution of service providers responsible for JAMB’s error.
In an interview with Zeit Gist, Ogungbayi expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome of the UTME 2025.
He said:
“The recent 2025 UTME debacle has highlighted the need for accountability among service providers. Given JAMB’s admission of error and alleged identification of culpable service providers, I strongly advocate for the prosecution of those responsible, particularly in Lagos and the south-east zones. Their failure to update delivery servers after system patches compromised the examination process, causing trauma and setbacks for students.
